Chain Biomass Burner
The chain pellet burner is an upgraded version. Since the combustion chamber is a chain design, the combustion chamber allow for better contact with oxygen, promoting more complete combustion. As a result, it can reach a relatively high combustion efficiency, which is often higher than some traditional pellet burners in the market.
2. Applicable raw materials and application scenarios
Biomass Burner
It can replace traditional heating systems such as oil or gas boilers, providing a more environmentally friendly heating option. Applicable raw materials mainly include wood pellets made from sawdust, wood shavings, and agricultural waste pellets like straw pellets. These materials are rich in resources and renewable, making the heating process more sustainable.And after modification, we also designed a wood chip burner that can use wood chips less than 10cm as a heat source.
For some industrial production that requires heat, like dryer, boiler, etc., the pellet burner can meet the heat demand with its stable performance.
Chain Biomass Burner
It can adapt to a wide range of biomass materials. Whether it's wood pellets, sawdust, wood chips, coal or larger - sized agricultural waste pellets, the chain - plate can effectively transport them without being affected by the fuel sizes.
Multi-fuel options by various biomass materials or biomass pellet (made by Wheat straw, rice straw,corn stalks, corn cobs, peanut shells, cotton stalks and etc. of the crop, as well as branches, leaves, bark, roots, wood chips, bamboo powder, sawdust and other leftovers of forest products, which are cheap and inexhaustible).

The chain structure is relatively simple in design and easy to access. This makes maintenance tasks such as cleaning, part replacement, and inspection much more convenient.
