Execute standardized startup sequences for the production line to ensure efficient and safe production
Standardized Startup Process
Start the feed tray motor
Purpose: Initiates initial power for material conveying, ensuring even distribution of raw materials and preventing accumulation and blockage.
Start the cooling fan (pellet mill air-cooled radiator)
Purpose: Activates the cooling system in advance to effectively reduce the pellet mills operating temperature and prevent overheating.
Start the circulating oil pump
Purpose: Lubricates key components such as the pellet mills bearings and gears, reducing friction.
Start the feeding auger
Purpose: Lifts the material vertically to the pellet mill processing area.
Operate the pellet mill main unit (simultaneously start the automatic oiling pump)
Purpose: Starts the core equipment and begins pelletizing
Key Control Points
1. Equipment must be started in a strict sequence to avoid no-load losses.
2. Start each unit at appropriate intervals to protect the electrical system.
3. After startup, perform a system inspection to confirm that all equipment is operating normally.
4. Immediately execute the emergency stop procedure if any abnormality is detected.
Key Precautions
1. Do not reverse the order: Starting the main unit before the lubrication system may cause dry wear damage to the bearings.
2. Start each unit one by one, with an interval of 5-10 seconds to avoid power surges and protect the electrical system.
3. Observe the equipment for 5 minutes after startup to confirm that all equipment is operating normally before resuming continuous production.
Implementation Results
The production manager emphasized, Strictly following a sequential startup sequence is the lifeline of the production line. Pre-emptive measures such as lubrication and cooling significantly reduce the failure rate. This process has been incorporated into the standardized operating manual and is tracked in real time by an intelligent monitoring system, achieving:
1.Significantly improved equipment operational stability
2.Continuously improved production efficiency
This standard has been proven in long-term practice, and strict implementation ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production line operation. It is recommended that companies continue to strengthen operator training, improve process monitoring mechanisms, and implement standardized operations in every production link.
